- Never trace or heavily reference my art, designs, or art-style. Please ask permission before taking inspiration from my style or designs/ocs. If I refuse, do not insist.- Do not back out from art trades after I've already started working on your artpiece. Once something is agreed upon, it is final.- I only take payment via digital roblox giftcards and Discord nitro, I will not take any other payments for commissions, adopts, or customs unless SPECIFICALLY stated by me personally.- I have the right to block and blacklist anyone for any reason. It is for my own comfort and safety, I am not obligated to give any explanation whatsoever.

- I have the right to deny a commission without reason. I have the right to cancel a commission without reason.- you must pay in full before I start the lineart, you will be sent a wip image before payment is requested.- I am willing to negotiate prices, but do NOT insist on haggling/paying less. It will land you on my greylist.- if I have finished your commission I will not make adjustments. Please request adjustments in the SKETCH stage, or the LINEART stage.- You may not use/draw over the wip images sent to you after a commission is cancelled.- your commissioned pieces are for PERSONAL USE only, do not sell shirts, stickers, or any form of merchandise using my art for profit

- You are absolutely forbidden from reselling a design for more than it was originally bought for, UNLESS it has extra commissioned art.- Do not heavily reference or directly copy my designs, even if you are the owner. You may make similar designs for related characters, but NOT similar enough to the point that they can be confused as the same character.- Co-owning my designs is completely allowed. I will not get involved in any disputes that may occur between the owners unless there is theft involved, which will get the thief blacklisted immediately.- You are allowed to make alternate designs (such as colors, species, media/fandom, etc.) of a character, but these alternate versions must ALWAYS stay with said character when sold/traded/etc. This means you cannot keep any of these versions or sell them separately.- Redesigning characters I’ve made is OK, but you may not redesign any of my designs to the point of being unrecognizable- ALL of my designs must be uploaded to Toyhou.se. This is to avoid character theft, help me keep track of what designs I have sold, and to keep an eye on who owns a character if it gets traded. If you do NOT have toyhouse, please notify me and you will be added to my list of design owners. ALWAYS tell me if you resell or trade away an oc i've designed

- If you make any of my designs private on Toyhou.se, please authorize me for the purposes stated above.
If a character I designed is deleted from Toyhouse, you will immediately be landed on my BLACKLIST.- Personal art does not add value to my designs, Gifted art does not add value to my designs.
Only art you have spent CURRENCY ($$$, ROBUX, DA points, etc.) on adds value.- You are forbidden from “devaluing” a design I made and sold via removing its base worth (meaning the price the design was originally sold for). You may gift or trade the character for whatever is being offered to you, but the design’s base worth must always stay.- You cannot by any means “void” any of my designs. If you are no longer happy with/attached to the character, please just resell, trade or give it away.
